Shipping Policy
We ship our product through our third party delivery partner like Pathao/REDX/Sundarban courier etc. Some times on demand our own delivery personnel may reach to you within Dhaka City only. Most of the products we try to dispatch same day unless it is preorder or conditioned. However below is the Standard delivery process of ColourFul.
For Bangladesh
For readily available the product will be shipped within 72 business hours by Pathao/Redex/Sundarban courier from the day of order. Then the time of delivery depends on the location of the customers. It usually takes 7 days’ maximum.
For customized or preorder products delivery time might extend up to 15 days
Delivery Charge (Subject to parcel size and location of delivery points)
Within Dhaka- 70-100 BDT
Out of Dhaka: 100-150 BDT
For rest of the worlds:
The product will be shipped within 72 business hours by DHL/UPS from the day of order. Then the time of delivery depends on the location of the customers. It usually takes 15 days’ maximum.
Delivery Charge: Depends on Courier service provider.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
To ensure the authenticity of the products, privacy of the customers and product adulteration or modification prevention, we dispatch our product through our branded packages and designated courier partners.
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, please return it to ColourFul and we’ll arrange for a replacement provided that meets the following conditions:
If any defect is found (damaged/ defective/ wrong product) after opening the box or our braded carrying bags, inform us through messenger inbox or hotline +88001785992233) as soon as possible along with a picture/ video proof.
The Customer Service Personnel/Moderator upon consultation with the management will change/ replace the product or adjust the payment. The complaint will be valid for 3 days from the day the product has been received.
Used /manipulated product will not be considered for exchange or refund.
Products once purchased will not be exchanged or returned if buyer changes his/her purchase decision/ mind, and/ or does not like the smell, texture, color, design or/ and the product.
The Return Policy will not be applicable after the seal is broken or if the product is used or does not suit you.
If you mistakenly order a wrong product, we may exchange it upon payment of returning and resending costs. However, arrangement of this special exchange depends on the product type and risk involved in the exchange process and also on Management discretion.
Original Invoice, ColourFul branded Intact/ Undamaged Product Packaging Box (where applicable) must be returned along with the product.
Undergarments items are absolutely non-exchangeable or non-returnable whether trialed or not.
Our Customer Service will arrange for pick-up of the product from your address, free of delivery charge (*Conditions applied). If you live outside Dhaka, please send your product by Sundarban Courier Service. If your return claim is validated, we will reimburse your courier charge.
If we find your claim is not valid regarding the product, then you have to accept the same Product and have to bear the return and resending expenses.
